Privacy Policy

Effective 17 October 2026.

This policy explains what LTLKit does with store data and personal data. LTLKit is a Shopify app operated by StoreBud Technologies LLP, India. This policy also covers this website.

Data LTLKit handles

• Store and product data. LTLKit reads store and product data through the Shopify API.
• Carrier credentials. Merchants enter the credentials for their carrier accounts. LTLKit encrypts them at rest.
• Shipment details. These include origin, destination, weights, and dimensions. LTLKit sends them to the carriers and broker partner that the merchant chose, so they can quote, book, and track freight.
• Buyer shipping details. Shipping addresses and phone numbers are stored with quotes and orders.

How LTLKit uses data

LTLKit uses this data to show freight rates at checkout, book freight, and track shipments.

Who receives data

• Shopify, which provides the app and the store API.
• Cloudflare, which hosts LTLKit.
• A managed PostgreSQL database provider, which stores LTLKit's data.
• The carriers and broker partner that a merchant connects.

LTLKit does not sell personal data.

Shopify privacy requests

Shopify sends LTLKit three mandatory privacy requests.

• Customer data request. Shopify asks for the data LTLKit holds about a buyer, and LTLKit answers the request.
• Customer redaction. Shopify asks LTLKit to erase a buyer's data, and LTLKit erases it.
• Shop redaction. Shopify sends this request 48 hours after a merchant uninstalls LTLKit. LTLKit then deletes that shop's data.

Security

LTLKit encrypts carrier credentials at rest. It uses each credential only to call the carrier for the merchant who entered it.

Retention and deletion

LTLKit purges quote logs 90 days after they are recorded.

Uninstalling LTLKit ends the service for that shop. When Shopify's shop redaction request arrives, 48 hours after uninstall, LTLKit deletes that shop's data.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data LTLKit holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. To make any of these requests, email sps@orderlinehq.com.

Children

LTLKit is a business service for Shopify merchants. It is not directed at children, and LTLKit does not knowingly collect their personal data.

Cookies and third-party scripts

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party scripts or fonts.

Changes

When LTLKit changes this policy, it updates the effective date at the top of the page.
