Terms of Service

Effective 17 October 2026.

These terms apply to you, the merchant who installs LTLKit. LTLKit is a Shopify app operated by StoreBud Technologies LLP, India. By installing LTLKit, you agree to these terms.

The service

LTLKit shows freight rates at checkout from the carriers and broker partners you connect. It also helps you book and track freight.

LTLKit is software. It is not a carrier, a freight broker, or a freight forwarder. LTLKit is not a party to any freight contract between you and a carrier or broker.

Accounts

You sign in to LTLKit through Shopify. Your Shopify store controls access to the app.

Your responsibilities

• Keep product data accurate, including weights and dimensions.
• Have the authority to connect each carrier account and broker partner that you add, and keep those credentials current.
• Follow each carrier's terms and tariffs.

Rates and final charges

Rates come from the carriers or broker partners you connect. The carrier's invoice sets the final charge. A carrier can reweigh or reclass freight and add accessorial charges, so the final charge can differ from the quoted rate. LTLKit does not control those charges.

Loss, damage, and delay

LTLKit is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of freight.

Fees

Fees for LTLKit are billed through Shopify.

Acceptable use

Do not use LTLKit to attack LTLKit, a carrier, a broker partner, or another merchant. Do not try to access data that belongs to another merchant.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using LTLKit at any time by uninstalling the app in Shopify. Uninstalling ends the service. LTLKit can suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Warranty

LTLKit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LTLKit disclaims all warranties, express or implied. This includes any warranty that a quoted rate will match the carrier's final charge.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LTLKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profit. LTLKit's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid LTLKit under these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

LTLKit can change these terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
